Stylish and Functional…Fast Delivery and Support
The media could not be loaded. Bought this wheelchair for my wife who has mobility challenges. We’ve had it for about a week and she ❤️ it! Looks good. Works as advertised. Very pleased with the wheelchair and tech support. I needed to reset the controller after unsuccessful attempts to pair the remote (operator error). Tech support sent an instruction video that was easy to follow. Then we paired the remote. Very pleased with this purchase😎The video is my youngster taking it for a test drive. She likes driving the thing too.

Need to measure the chair!
This is a nice pouch, and seems well made. The problem is that it was too long for the armrest and would also run into the wheel if placed on the outside of the wheelchair. So before buying something like this, measure the armrest, as well as the distance between the armrest and the wheel. These are not "one size fits all".

Ease of use
Just got it and so far so good….easy to operate and great tight turning radius. It will go fast!! I don’t, but it is nice to know I can when I use it outdoors.

I have had this chair
For about a month now the only complaints I have with it is the back support should be more adjustable to fit a person so they are comfortable. The second complaint is the armrest they could be a little more comfortable.

Poor customer service. Unsafe chair
Have had multiple mechanical issues with this chair. Major safety issue with the joystick. The chair will take off by itself and turning the chair in circles and I was hurt badly as a result. I reported this to the company and their response was for me too take it slow until I get used to the joystick. They didn't even read where I told them my hand wasn't even on the joystick. The company refuses to acknowledge my letters and messages to them. The company refuses to repair or replace the wheelchair even though it was less than a 1 month old chair When I was injured by it.I wish that I looked at the other reviews listed on this chair, I would not have chosen this chair at all.Be smarter than me and look elsewhere for different wheelchairs, your lives could depend on it!Robert A. Wonderful experience.
My wheelchair wouldn't work at all. By emails and their Customer Service site, they figured out what was wrong and in a minute, it was working beautifully again. I love this chair!

Good quality
I like the wheelchair compared to the previous electric one I had. It has more power and climbs a slight gradient much better. The con's, you need to remove a heavy battery under the wheelchair to charge it, my previous electric wheelchair I could plug into the joystick and charge. The battery is very difficult to remove from under the chair without having to pick it up or lean it over. It is also not built for a tall person, I am 6'2 and the foot rests don't go out far enough for me. But I am sure it's fine for a shorter person. Overall though the battery is the main reason I don't give it 5 stars.

Disappointment
I purchased this model because it leaned way back and it would go up ramps. It does lean way back but there is nothing protecting a persons back from a metal tube that goes across the back and hits the lower part of the back when reclining. I wanted it to lean my wife way back to wash her hair. I have a few small in home ramps. I have to help it go up the ramps. We have a ramp that is below the floor board of our van and is very low. The wheelchair still needs me to push her up the ramp. The one piece foot rest, when in the up position makes it difficult to seat the patient in the wheelchair without the back of her legs going against the metal. It's also difficult getting her to the back of the wheelchair seat because of the foot rest. It seem ok on a flat level service like a sidewalk. I have yet checked out how long it will go on a single charge. It is light weight and folds nicely.
