LOVE IT!
LOVE THIS PAN! I used it tonight for butter cake. It is not as well defined only because there is a glaze all over it. I have several other nordic pans and I love them all. The cakes come out with a beautiful design-just sprinkle with powdered sugar. The pan is a very high quality.

Definitely recommend this beautiful pan
The cake bakes evenly in this beautiful pan. Make sure you follow the manufacturers instructions as to how to coat your pan, I use butter and lightly flour the pan and the cake will release easily. Cleaning it is easy to, I usually let it soak in warm water with a little bit of dish soap, then I use a brush, no problem. The design is awesome which is one of the things I love about Nordic Ware. I definitely recommend this pan

Perfect release!
I came across this and it was perfect for a birthday cake! Super nervous about the details and if it would release. However, with a shot of Pam perfect release it was absolutely amazing. I think I need two…

Delightful
I love Nordic Ware bakeware and this latest addition to my collection is as wonderful as expected. Beautifully made, easy to use and clean. Makes the simplest of recipes look absolutely wonderful. Expensive, yes, but I'll never need to replace them

Love this tin
Waited a while until this tin became available in the UK and have now used it twice and the results were very good - used the suggested recipe and the cake came out of the tin with no problem, but if anyone finds it tricky using these types of tins, grease well with melted butter, dust with a light dusting of flour, and after baking, leave the cake in the tin for about 1O mins before turning out. .
