Love this pillow. I was not sleeping through the night (49 year old) and waking up with neck pain from the crazy, contorted way I would sleep. It’s a little more firm than I like, but I’ve noticed it has softened a bit over the last two weeks. I ordered the king and I love the size, as I would roll off my other smaller pillow.

My husband and I both love this pillow. Its not for the faint of heart or neck. We both have neck issues because we've apparently gotten old. I have migraines and correct neck alignment is key to reducing them. So I've tried several contour pillows and they are nice, but usually too soft. This is FIRM. If you don't like firm this won't be for you. But its a good steady firm with a touch of meltable softness. I think for me it wouldn't be an everyday sleeper as its that firm, but I will go with this brand in the one level softer version and just use this correctively for my neck. My dear hubs has finally found his ideal pillow though and for me its an 8 out of 10

This is hands down the best travel pillow I’ve ever used! Whenever I stay in hotels, I usually wake up with a stiff neck from the pillows they provide. I didn’t want that to ruin my trip, so I ordered several travel pillows on Amazon to test them out. This one stood out because it closely resembled my pillow at home, and unlike the others, it actually provided the neck support I needed.I’m a stomach/side sleeper and like to keep my arm under my pillow, so finding the right balance of comfort and support was key. This one is slightly denser than other travel pillows, but that’s what makes it so effective. I used a compression ziplock bag to pack it, and it flattened down impressively, much more than when stored in its case.I slept so well on vacation that I’m planning to get the full-size version to replace my old pillow at home. Absolutely worth it!

On the search for that perfect pillow - firm, supportive.Not too hard, not too soft, just right. This one was unfortunately a little too firm. (a big surprise - almost every pillow I've tried has been too soft)I had, after all, purchased the FIRM version of this pillow.I was not expecting to find one that was too firm. But this one was it---it did not give at all, felt like sleeping on a shelf.

I love this pillow. It has solved my neck pain and I'm getting the best sleep ever. The pillow height is perfect and the shape cradles my head the way it should. I never have to wake up at night and reposition it since the density holds its shape, yet it's soft at the same time. I tried a few before I found this one and I knew as soon as I unpacked it I had a winner. It didn't keep a strange crease down the middle like so many of them do after shipping, but most importantly it had zero odor. When we went on vacation I brought it with me because I knew I wasn't going to sleep the same without it. I bought the pillow last November, and after several months of use, it's still like new.The best thing about the pillow is it resolved my neck pain. I'm still rather young, but not as young as I used to be. I kept waking up with awful neck pain and at one point, I couldn't even turn my head. My Doctor told me I needed to switch my pillow because, after an MRI, they couldn't see any cause for concern. So, as I said earlier, I tried a few. They were either, too hard, too tall, too soft, an odd shape, etc... Then I found this one and it turned out to be perfect. My neck pain has totally resolved itself. I feel so much better when I wake up in the morning. Also, when I lay in bed at night and watch TV, the pillow props up nicely and gives enough support for me to see the TV comfortably.Lastly, for us side sleepers who want to put an arm underneath the pillow, it works wonderfully for that as well. I've found myself perfectly comfortable going from my back to my side. I highly recommend this pillow, and if you've already tried multiple memory foam pillows and none of them satisfied, get this pillow! You won't regret it!

I've never owned a pillow tha physically hurt me. This is the worst quality memory foam material I've ever used. It doesnt conform to the shape of my neck or head and is overly firm. I tried using it and in less than an hour i had to quit. The pain was too much.
