Pro: The camera works great. The quality is very clear. The installation is not very difficult.The features are nice - I have everything that I feel I need.The price is also decent For what you get.---------------Issue:The rear camera mount broke and I had some issues getting a replacement from customer service Because for some reason USPS could not deliver it to me... It's made zero sense because I get hundreds of packages per year at this address.....but customer service was able to finally get a rear camera replacement delivered to me.It did take a few months of going back and forth between getting the product shipped and customer service but they were persistent and I do appreciate that!--> If the rear camera does not work, you cannot use the front one either because you cannot see out of your rear- view mirror.I'm considering buying another one for my mother.

I bought this an an upgrade from a Wolfbox brand Mirror style dashcam that was malfunctioning but out of warranty.This front and back cams have been a very nice upgrade to the old unit with 4k front and 2k rear cam. The User interface was also a lot easier/nicer to navigate. Instead of having dedicated buttons for all functions, it uses gestures as a supplement (Swiping Left or Right to change what kind of camera view displays, and swiping up and down depending on which side of the screen will either pan the view from the camera up or down or adjust brightness.)I drive a Ford Fiesta ST and the view with a standard mirror isn't bad by any means, but also not great. With installing the rear view camera inside the car at the top of the rear windshield, using the feed from the rear camera as my 'mirror' affords me much more view of my surrounding. I can basically see cars in the mirror up until they nearly in line with my driver door's window. So this completely kills any blind spot that I would have had previously when using the standard equipped mirror. Aside from that, everything works as it should and does not get in my way while doing its job, which is the whole point of a dash cam for me.The only feature I wish this unit had was the ability to pinch to zoom in on the live feed in case I wanted to catch something like a car make/model or license plate in my rear view that is some distance away, as the wide angle lens in conjunction with the screen the size of a car mirror can make it a little difficult to make out details on something that is some distance from the camera. Not a deal breaker at all, you can still see the presence of a vehicle, and you can look at the video in post to get the details you are looking for, but it is just something that I think would be nice to have. Will reach out to the support team with this recommendation, as I have spoken to them in the past and they have been extremely receptive and friendly.All in all, I am very happy with the purchase and would miss it a lot if I had to go back to a standard mirror. I would also recommend this device to family and friends without hesitation.

Really wanted a setup that replaced the factory mirror rather than attaching to it. Tried two other products that required being hard wired into the vehicle, but had nothing but problems with those. I had used other RedTiger products in the past, so decided to give this one a try. I will say that it works as intended, haven't had any issues with it that those others had, and it's easy enough to install by yourself. The quality of the rear camera isn't the best, get some glare during the day and it gets a bit fuzzy at night, but otherwise I can't complain.

I noticed damage to my front fender the other day that had occuered within the precious couple of days, so I checked the stored video. There was nothing older than 24 hours on the card, but there were several videos of non-incidents captured when the door was shut.This product had one job, and it failed.I initially recieved a rear camera that was not properly drilled out for mounting. Support was good about getting me one that was predrilled properly, but I shouldn't have had to contact them about a defective camera in the first place if their quality control was doing it's job.Also the screen is SUPER glossy and sometimes you cannot see what the cameras are picking up because of reflections on the screen. This can create VERY dangerous situations when you're backing up.

In Short, this DashCam is state of the art. Touch screen with an easy/intuitive touch screen access menu, high resolution cameras, auto locking based on g-sensor; everything you need for peace of mind and performing up to expectations.I bought this DashCam right before going on a road trip and it captured everything needed. The playbacks were smooth and paused with full clarity of details needed.It mounts over the in-cab rear view mirror, which concerned me at first, but with the clarity of the rear streaming camera and this model allowing for more viewable space through the windshield, I now prefer this type of mount.I have limo tint on my back window, and mounted the rear camera inside, the rear view still provides a clear view, almost can’t tell it goes through a tint. The cables are easily tucked into the panels with the included tool they provide.The touch screen main view has an icon which allows you to tap on emergency recording and it will begin a record and lock session with one touch, making it easier to lock a scenario if needed for later retrieval.I had to contact Customer Support for a part I needed, they were quick to respond, courteous, and I received the part I needed within a couple days. In all of my vendor relations, I’ve not had a better experience feeling appreciated as the customer.
