Great price and great product. The plates glide through my hair and leave it exceptionally sleek and it's way quicker and easier to straighten my hair with these than any other straightener I've had.The temperature control is a nice dial and the product gets up to temp super quick.Only minor gripe is the lock system - twirling and pulling on the end of the straightener to lock and unlock it is a bit odd.All in all though, great product.

I have used Chi forever. All of a sudden, the price has skyrocketed, and my last one fizzled out in about a year. In an effort not to waste my money :) ...I went in search of a new brand. The reviews were good and very reasonably priced. I am so happy with this, I have short spiky hair, there is no "pulling" or tugging" on my hair, the outside does not get hot (yea no burnt fingers!!). I love the temp control and the lock is just a bonus. I would most definitely recommend.

Works well, heats up quickly. Ive only used up to 340 max, even though it gets much hotter.Easy to clean, easy to wrap up and store. Would purchase again if I had to.
