Not the best... but well worth the cost.
Am using this as the trauma kit on my range bag. While it's not the most comprehensive kit out there, it does have the essentials to render aid until a certified first responder team arrives. The included case has room to add other items such as an Israeli compression bandage, clotting sponges, and other items. The case it not the best and it didn't include Velcro material to add a patch so I had to sew my own on. I'm likely to change out the provided case to a Savior IFAK case in the near future, but for now it's durable enough and the included items make it worth the cost in spite of the case.An added bonus was that I was able to declare this on my HSA account as a covered medical expense.

Best value and best kit hands down!
This is hands down the best deal for a IFAK/Trauma kit. I read the other reviews and they are correct. The individual items alone cost more than the price and then it includes a decent bag for it also. I checked all my expiration dates and the earliest one is 2019. The products in the kit are new and high quality. I bring this kit with me whenever i go shooting and I plan on buying more as kits for my car and camping. All you need to get to complete the kit is a general first aid kit and some sutures and you're set. There is plenty of space in the bag to add more things. If you are looking for a trauma kit this is the one to get. My only criticism is the scissors isn't the best but its main purpose is to cut clothing loose or cut bandages.

Good starting point
This is a great basic set from which to build your own trauma kit. It covers the basics for puncture wounds in a value package. While I wish the case was red or orange, it is well made and of a good size. I don't consider this complete, you will want to add some things to it, and it has the room to expand.I suggest you do your research and figure out what you want/need to add to it for your own situation. I added chest seals, among other things. It wouldn't hurt to add some basic 1st aid gear like bandaids and antibiotic ointment for small cuts and scrapes if you don't want to carry a separate kit.Add up the costs of the components, and you'll see you're getting a fairly decent discount buying this as a kit. Just expect going in you'll probably spend another $40 or so to finish it off.

Impressed
I couldn't not be happier with this kit. I searched for two days to find exactly what I wanted and this turned out to be what I went with. It comes with great quality supplies. I wanted something that came with quality stuff vs. a bunch of bandaids and ointments. When you start adding up the prices of the stuff inside you know you won in the deal. The only thing I was sceptical about when reading the reviews on this before I bought it was the pouch everyone said it was cheap and shotty but I was okay with that as long as it came with everything inside that's all I wanted. I originally going to buy a Tag med pouch to replace it. However the pouch I recieved was of really good quality. Idk if I got lucky or they improved it since the older reviews but it is made of heavey stiff nylon and stiching and zippers seem to be as good as any. The tag inside says elite first aid. Overall I'm happy with this and for the price I'm going to consider buying another one.

Good value for what you pay
Purchased this kit to keep in my car just in case. Luckily I have not had to use this kit. Overall the components of this kit are high quality and if you try to make a similar kit with the same products, I could not get my kit built for a lower price. The only item I have added to this kit are some chest seals, overall a good buy. Would recommend, as you can never be too prepared.

More for the money
Honestly, the molle pouch that comes with it is not great at all. 5 stars because Ever Ready provided a good start to a blow out kit/IFAK for only (at present time) forty bucks.Contents first...a 6" israeli bandage on amazon (with Prime) will run you 8-10 bucks depending where and when you get it. The quick clot trauma pack ranges from 15 to 20. You're already at 30 bucks and only 2 of the 6 items. Pouch...its a molle pouch, fairly flimsy and cheap feeling but would probably run you 10-12 bucks if bought seperate. I suggest upgrading it but not necessary.Everyones needs are different. I purchased a light side plate EPIK from AR500 Armor to round this kit out and will be purchasing a removeable Condor IFAK pouch to store eveything for a gun range first aid kit. I do highly suggest getting one of these while the price is so good, I will be purchasing a few more for BOB, EDC bag, and vehicle first aid kit.

Oh My Goodies
Yeah you can search each item included in this bag on amazon, and its about double the price. so you could get two of these for the price of ordering each one by itself. This was the best bundle of advanced/space saving first aid I have yet seen. I have no idea how they are making any profit at this pricepoint, but cant complain. The Trauma Pack had an expiration on 08/18, The vacuum sealed s-rolled gauze 12/19, vacuum sealed 6" hemorrhage bandage 02\23, Nasopharyngeal airway tube 10/19. The scissors are meh, and the bag, when fully packed comes to something more like 8"x6"x4" at its max size.

and fortunately I have not had to use this kit yet
I work in law enforcement, and fortunately I have not had to use this kit yet. It is a good kit for traumatic injury. I was a Hospital Corpsman with a line unit in the fleet marine force so I have an idea what a good kit is.I replaced the tourniquet, I didn't feel the one shipped with it was adequate. I have used them in real world conditions and the one that comes with this kit will not work.Other than that everything in this kit is great. exactly what I was looking for.
