Buy these pillows!
I'm a pillow fanatic. Always in search for a better pillow then the last. I have all types...down, memory foam, gel and contoured. We recently stayed at Caesars Palace and I fell in love with their king sized down pillows. Took a chance and ordered these and they are perfect. They aren't thick firm pillows, but I didn't want a firm pillow. The quilting keeps the feathers in and not poking you. They conform to your head. My pillow quest is finally over, I love these! Well worth the $

Nice for the Price
These are affordable feather pillows (95% feathers, 5% down) Gusseted ones are not so easy to find, so I was happy to find these. The cotton covering has a quilted pattern. Note that these are not super lofty, thick pillows. But for the price I think they're fine so am keeping them. They arrived well packaged, suitable for gifting. They have a 5-year warranty.

AMAZING HIGH LOFT FEATHER PILLOWS, BEST VALUE
I bought the KING-SIZED 2-pillow set for $49 from Amazon.com in June of 2017. They are wonderful pillows and I consider them a great value for the money. In general with most king-sized feather or down pillows, they go flat in the middle because they're so WIDE that the stuffing goes to the sides when u lay on them... BUT... I haven't found that happens with these pillows, because the feather fill is substantial. I like the way this pillow cradles my head, and you can easily "fluff" any dent back into shape. When they're fluffed, they're good and round (& the gussets help with this), so I can't imagine how any more feathers could fit in there... a nice high loft. There was NO odor to the pillows (as some people commented... and I have a very good nose!), nor wud I consider these pillows "flat" as some others commented, just the opposite. They're a medium-to-full fill & each pillow weighs about 3-1/2 to 4 pounds (quite heavy) in the King-Size. There were other similar-looking economy feather pillows (with the 2-inch gussets) selling here on Amazon... BUT if you look at their specs, they're lighter pillows (even though the same feather/down %age is in them), which means there's less fill in the pillow. Some of those other pillows also had a different sort of stitching pattern which I thought might come apart (a single stitch line of wiggly lines that never really crossed). However, the pillows I bought have DOUBLE-STITCHED criss-cross patterns that DO cross, and that's on a double-thick fabric cover. I felt the double-stitching was more durable and would not come apart (& they are WELL-STITCHED with no loose threads anywhere). I think it's great that these pillows are machine washable, although I haven't tried washing them yet. I find them slightly "crinkly" now, but that's cuz they're new & it will probably be resolved with the first wash since the crinkle comes from the fabric. In the meantime, it doesn't bother me in any way or interfere with my sleep. I also bought the inexpensive Serta pillow protectors (2 for $10) and they work well with this pillow. As an aside, 5 years ago i bought two 100% down pillows which cost $169 EACH (it was over $300 for the pair). They went completely flat in 2years. I don't consider them as good as this $49 set of pillows!! Maybe someday I will see whether I can "re-purpose" the filling of the expensive down pillows by adding it to the $49 pillows, if that's possible somehow. Anyway, I'm very pleased with these pillows & I'm planning to buy a second set for when I sit up in bed (i like lotsa pillows behind me when reading, etc). I highly recommend these pillows!!

AWFUL CHEMICAL SMELL
So we purchased multiple pillows off of Amazon and EACH one of them has come with a disgusting smell. I usually don't write reviews, but I had to for this pillow and I will review the other pillows as well. The smell is absolutely disgusting, it's a mixture of chemical smell and a overly sweet and moldy mildew smell. It over powered my entire room and I just couldn't deal with it anymore and we were forced to throw them out. We just bought a new bed (very expensive) and the chemical smell has engrained itself into the head of our bed. We will now be flipping the head of our bed to be the foot of the bed. This product does NOT deserve even one star because of how bad the smell is. We are so upset that we spent about $70 on pillows to have to throw them out because they were making our entire room smell so horrible that I cried over the smell and having to deal with it. Please DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

Beautifully made. My problem is i cannot get my head right on it-needs to "break down" a bit, but the "gusset" seems to inhibit this. Also its a bit "oversized" so is a tight fit (very!) in a standard pillowcase-needs a wider case. i have used a feather pillow since i left my crib, so the feathers are not a problem, it just needs time to "relax". Very reasonable in price-my last pillow was $80. and that was 20 years ago, so these are a bargain. Its very plump, has quite a heavy fabric cover and looks so nice and full on the bed, i just need to break it in.

What a relief to find these!
Although I grew up with feather pillows, I'd stayed away from them in recent years because of allergy concerns. After years of trying all sorts of alternatives and being very disappointed, I tried these.Without a pillowcase, they're just a bit too "shifty." With cases, they're wonderful! They're just malleable enough to get them into the shape you want, and they stay that way through the night. Highly recommended.

Not the best...but, not the worst
Not the best...but not the worst. They hold up nice. Keep your head comfortable and will keep it aligned if you keep the pillows pump by shaking them every morning when you make the bed. Also, when you receive them, they are FLAT...very flat. You need to shake them and if you have a dryer, place them in it for 15 minutes on air fluff and boy do they plump up!!! But like I said, for the price they are good, if you want the best you're going to have to pay for it. Sometimes $60-100 per down pillow.

Too flat and hard
Definitely not hypo-allergenic, but then they didn't claim this attribute. I missed this in the listing and some how thought... Who would sell a non-hypo-allergenic down pillow these days. My bad. But, beyond causing me allergies, the pillow is mediocre at best. It fluffs up nicely at first, but then quickly compresses - becoming flat and hard. It's definitely, not like my other down pillows, which stay cushioned even when compressed. I tried both with the same result. At least, my neck pain will go away now... and my allergies. Oh well, $40 down the drain since I missed the return window by two days.

Decent but expected more
basing my decision of the reviews, product description and pricing was extremely back and forth. the product description has all the things i wanted in my new pillows. Reviews are love and hate. the price is what i would expect from my dream pillow. But in reality they are okay not what i truly wanted. They are indeed solid but the casing is so big that i could a grand canyon size head slot in the middle of each pillow. i tried to fluff them thinking the stuffing was just compact from the vacuum seal it worked for about one day and back to canyon stuffing. Overall its super stiff and large.

Feather Pillows -- Better than Foam, But Not Down
These pillows are 90% feather / 10% down -- problem with feathers is the pointy quills that often find their way sticking out and pricking the user -- 80%+ Down pillows are much preferred -- and ridiculously expensive -- but well worth the expense if you can budget for it (I hope to upgrade in the near future; until then, these feather pillows will certainly do fine).
