Q: What size for 5’6 210 ?

I can tell you it's definitely NOT "oversized" like the name says. I'm a 5'10 230lb bodybuilder and the XL fits me tight. Sleeves are a little longer like the picture suggests but it's not the loose fit I expected. It's also a thinner material than I expected, just FYI.

Wrong size to start with as a 3x isn’t even an option when I was buying. Came ripped at the tag, and is overall just pitiful quality. Do not buy
