This is a really nice gift set presented in a handy reusable zipped bag. The gift contains a shampoo and conditioner, both 250ml, and a hair mask sachet, 25ml. All three products leave the hair, fresh and target blonde hair which I have so I was keen to give this a try. At the time of writing, this set is £15.99 which I feel is reasonable as you would probably same for the products separately so it’s a bonus to have this nicely presented as a set. I’ve tried many products over the years and this set by John Frieda is good value.

I got this for my sister in law. She is a real blondie. I am a blondie myself. My hair goes quite dull in winter. It lightens up in the summer due to the sunshine.This product has the same effect as a good week of summer sunshine.John Frieda is a trustworthy brand. Been in the game a long time. Really does have some good quality products. I can happily tell you that the sister in law is very happy with this product. The shampoo and conditioner are excellent. It takes a couple of weeks really before you start seeing any benefits on hair colouring. It does lighten the hair nice and gradually. So you dont have to keep using it once you get to the shade you desire.You do however, feel the benefits of this quality product right away with the feel of your hair. It gives you the same feeling in your hair that you have after you have dyed your hair. Super soft and silky.With the sachet, you get a lovely mask which leaves your hair looking smooth, soft and very shiny.For the price you get a wonderful product. Which will last you the whole winter. Great value for £15.99. Lovely gift, well received. 5* rating. It cant be anything else.

It’s ok, a bit pale doesn’t do a lot

During the last couple of years, I've been not colouring my hair, and it's definitely gone various shades of grey, plus some brassy bits where the previous colour has faded as well as my natural tendency to auburn.This shampoo and conditioner is designed to tone down brassiness and the purple tones will also make your grey more sparkly and they do that for me.Both products are rather a dramatic purple out of the bottle, and I wondered if I'd send up looking like Mrs Slocombe but the colour doesn't noticeably stay, it just does its magic.My hair looks brighter, more natural and softer and shinier, but I did expect that from the Frizz Ease brand. I haven't yet needed to use the masque, but the sachet size will be perfect for travel - and so is the pouch the set comes in.I like this, and will definitely keep using it.

This is a good set for blonde hair and would make a lovely present. I have bleached blonde hair that go yellow in between toning sessions so these shampoos are very helpful.I have tried a few purple shampoos and nowadays most of them do the job. Overall, the yellow is gone and the colour looks quite even all over. The difference with this one is that it leaves my hair soft and shiny, whilst some other sets can dry my hair.I recommend using it only once a week. The smell is lovely and the miracle drops are brilliant.I recommend it.
