The media could not be loaded.  This was packaged very well. Beautiful in the black color. Super easy to set up and in an hour or less it transformed my smoky bedroom into a pleasant smelling oasis! I had a slip last month and wound up with a triple ankle break and after surgery Igot a long prescription of bedrest. This means I am smoking in my bedroom.. a lot. …much more than before when it was just the occasional one or two. This little thing cleared ALL that smell!!! I decided to see what it would do for a stinky teenagers room… WOW. It finally smells less like a locker room in there. I also feel like the air is just cleaner. I am less stuffy in the morning. I honestly want one in every room. This is so worth the money! I think it is super quiet but it does have a sound on high. For me it’s fine and quieter than my fan that I run 24/7 365. I attached sounds on all 3 settings. Super impressed with the performance, the packaging, the look, it’s just an all around winner for me and my house.

UPDATE: They came out with a black one that works the same, so I thought I'd update my review. I got a black one, and it's as perfect as the white one. It's been a few months since I reviewed the white one, so I can safely say my 5 star review was not wrong.My in-laws stayed with us a week, and we put the unit in their room. My mother-in-law is a super-light sleeper but has a lot of issues with asthma and breathing overall, leftover from a stroke. The air turnover of this unit, even on the "whisper quiet" setting, apparently does wonders. She said she hasn't slept so well in years. The non-existent fan noise didn't bother her, and the air filtration in the room over the nights as she was sleeping really helped her breathe better. I honestly don't know how to rate this thing any higher.I can honestlly say that both the black and white units work perfectly well and you will never know they are running if you use them on the quiet mode at night. Excellent products!---------------------------------------------------------------------My wife's allergies really kicked in after we moved. Her allergy doctor said one thing that might help is an air purifier in the bedroom. But I was not looking forward to hearing a fan blowing at night. Then I saw the listing for this air purifier. The noise definitely is not a problem with this one.It has multiple fan settings. I like to start with fan on high. You can tell that it is turning over the air in the room very quickly. Then I set it on the lowest setting and we go to bed. It really is whisper quiet. I didn't even think they could make fans that quiet.I'll admit I do not know how to judge how "pure" the air is. I will say we've been using it for over 2 weeks now, and my wife's allergies do bother her a lot less in the mornings when she wakes up. That used to be the worst time of the day for her. So that is a big plus that it is apparently doing what we bought it to do. And like I said, the best part about it is how quiet the fan is on the lowest setting.

This air purifier does a very nice job. We have four fur babies so I wanted to remove any dander. I suggest keeping a pack of filters on hand. We chandelier ours every six months or so however I am going to start doing every three months. It's quiet unless on high then it sounds like a soft fan.

This is a barebones, basic air cleaner for a small room. It has no advanced features like lights, automatic timers, UV lamp or wifi but it does work as a capable air purifier. If that is all you require, given the affordable price, then this is a great buy. It is predominantly plastic but seems sturdy enough to last considering that it will just sit there. It was super simple to set up with operation being controlled by a single knob that is equally as easy. On the quiet setting you can barely hear it operating, while on the top mode it is audible but not loud. It seems to do a decent job filtering air but I don't really have any way to test. I usually run it when cooking smells linger or randomly to cut down on dust. I will probably run it manually when required or through a scheduled smart plug. I would recommend this if you need an affordable, no frills air cleaner for a small room. I purchased this unit at a discounted price in exchange for testing and providing my feedback and review.

There has been a persistent, somewhat musty and stuffy odor since we bought it 5 years ago, especially when we arrive after having been gone for a while. With the purifier, it seems as though the odor is diminished. In all fairness, this purifier is rated for 1/3 our square footage so I can't expect it to totally eliminate the persistent odor, especially in a short time.- I have mild allergies to dust and seasonal pollen. I keep it in the bedroom since my dust allergies can cause me to wake up with a stuffy head and headache.
