Q: The item's description says "for wheel chock". Does that mean the wheel chock is not included?

There is no wheek chock included with the dolly but the screw down rubber feet perform the same function. With the feet diwn I find that the dolly is stable enough to ride the bike on easily.

Q: Can the casters be replaced with locking casters, and not have to use the screw down pads?

No, because the levers won't work with the bracket of the wheel. The Manufacturer has tried locking wheels.

Q: What is the max length a bike could be to fit this product? Does it come with an extension for larger bikes?

I have a 2018 Indian Chieftain Limited on my dolly. The bike is over 8’ long. There’s room to extend the dolly further to support a larger motorcycle. I hope this helps.
