"Life has a way of uncomplicating itself. You just adapt to the changes.”I absolutely loved 'Dare you, Millie Pai', when I read it last year. A month ago, when the author approached me to review its sequel, I was simply ecstatic!This story is about Millie's elder sister, Shai, who is a manager at a restaurant called Masala Box. Shai has tirelessly worked for five years to make the restaurant famous. She even has a good equation with her boss, Mr. Singh. Imagine her surprise when he hands over the ownership to Mr. Dwayne Lewis, who is very particular about timings! Shai arrives late for work at his first day as boss, and thus start off their constant bickering sessions over every chance they get.Now, they have a clause in place wherein the new boss cannot fire an employee for at least four months and even the employee cannot quit for the same duration. Hence, both of them are stuck with each other. They get into arguments almost every day with an endless war of words and actions, that becomes a daily dose of entertainment for the rest of the staff.Shai has a plan on her mind. She wants to start a family as soon as possible. She continuously badgers her friend, Nick on their ritualistic Friday dates to be the sperm donor, as she thinks he has the perfect genes. When Dwayne learns of this, he offers to be the donor but Shai is reluctant to accept his proposal given their work equation. But Dwayne is not one to give up easily! Life has an unexpected turn of events in store for them. How and why? Read to know!This book has all the elements of a good rom-com but I liked it a little less than the previous one. It was amazing to come across all the interesting characters from the previous book. The setting, the characters and the story, all were quite entertaining. Overall, a good book for all the rom-com lovers out there!

The book was unconventional at its best. Have never read a book with main characters wanting children without any relationship. It's a first for me and i thoroughly enjoyed reading it. Dwayne the grumpy hot businessman and Shai the cool and wittily sarcastic Miss Manager with their fights and squabbles so entertaining. Kudos to Jyothi D'mello for penning down this wonderful book and Pai Girls Duet. Waiting for the next one.

Loved Shai and Dwayne's banter and chemistry. Seeing Millie and Aditya was good. Enjoyed the read very much.

Read on to find outLike the first book, this one too keeps you emotionally engaged all through - the humour, the passion, the care, the emotions, the events, the fights, all of it just makes you go 😍And then you have Millie, Aditya, Jay, Natalie, Turbo Mistry ( what an unusual name 😀), Ossie, Nick, Karl, James and Neel who add that extra masala to make this book even more excitingI loved it and I m sure you will too ❤️

Shai has my complete heart ❤️ And Dwayne...Swoon swoon. I loved Aditya and Millie's guest apperances. And Mr. Pai was so cool. I hope there will be Ossi and Nick's story in making? because they definitely have my attention 🤩

Shai and Dwayne.. their arguments, their care their love all makes you fall in love with charcters.. the siblings bond, the father n daughters bond make you crave for more of such lovely moments.. I loved reading this book.. the story is well written with right amount of other people mix in it.

I loved the Pai Girls series. I loved and enjoyed both the books. Each and every Character is superbly written. Aditya-Millie, Dwayne-Shai, Jay-Natlie and Ossie-Nick, all are excellent.This story of Dwayne & Shai made me stick to the Kindle until I finished it. Their fights, banters, teasing and passionate attraction towards each other made the story super fun to read.Must Read...!!!

Enjoyed reading this book ..awesome chemistry of the couple .. some facts and realistic situations . Great read .. ❤️ must read ..
