If the blue breathing (charging indicator) light of the Qi charger is keep 'breathing' all the way, this means the contact between Qi charger and Qi reciver is no problem. 2 If point#1 is fine. Keep the position both of Qi receiver and Qi charger as #1, then attached the Qi receiver to your phone and check if the charging go smoothly. If charging still not go smoothly, that mean the Qi receiver may not compatible to your iPhone as a special case although it is almost compatible to all other iPhones.
