I'm not sure why other reviews talk about a weak magnet because mine is rather strong. It was so strong it felt weird trying to erase with it the first couple of times, because the eraser clings to the board felt-side down, so it was gripping while I was trying to erase. But you get used to that quickly. Perhaps they've recently put in stronger magnets?A downside is you don't get to choose your color. But I lucked out and got a black one which is what I wanted.I didn't get any streaks when erasing, which was a huge improvement over the Expo non-magnetic eraser I was replacing. I'm using it with Expo and Quartet dry erase markers and it's erasing both just fine.The only other downside is that they're a little small for my hands. Probably great for kids, but a bit smaller than I would prefer in my office where I use my white board heavily. But it's not so small that I'd replace it. And I otherwise like it enough I'll probably purchase more when this one gets too dirty to clean well.Overall, very pleased with the purchase, and pleasantly surprised by the value with this only being a few dollars at the time.

Really great eraser. I was shocked that the black side is the magnet and eraser side. It’s a little rough to help get off the stuff that’s been on for several days. I have 3 big boards in my classroom. I’ll need to order more.

I have had dry marker erasers with stronger magnetism in the past. These are okay on my magnetic whiteboard, but I have one magnetic chalkboard that I screwed whiteboard panel over. My old erasers still hold to it, but these ones aren't quite strong enough.

This one really did come in the wrong color but I like it it's nice thank you and I really did not order this color but I like it it goes.

This eraser works great and the magnetic aspect functions as expected. Unfortunately, within days of receiving mine some kid ripped off the padding between the eraser and the magnet. This broke it.However! For those few glorious days my white board was easily erased and my eraser was easily stored!

Erases dry erase boards. Needed extra for hybrid school. No complaints.

I like how I never lose my eraser to gravity when I need to put it down for a second.
