Removes waterproof makeup easily.
I am very satisfied with this eye makeup remover. It removes even waterproof makeup gently but effectively, without irritating my eyes. The skin around my eyes feels comfortable and hydrated after use, not dry or greasy. I will definitely continue using it.

Cleans gently & thoroughly
The Very best eye makeup remover Ever! I loved how throughly, yet gently, it removed eye makeup - the works: mascara,eyeliner,& eyeshadow. Even my 19 & 21 year old granddaughters fell in love with it & they are tough consumers to please!

Good but not worth it for me
It’s better than many makeup removers out there but it does not remove waterproof mascara easily, and leaves a bit of a residue although less than many other products. It does not have a scent. Overall, I have better makeup removers, and for me it’s not worth it.

The best eye makeup remover that I have used so far!
I had been using a popular, premoistened pad ( comes in a little plastic jar) for some time now. It did the job, but I had to rub my sensitive eye area a little more than I felt comfortable with. It also stung my eyes a little. I decided to try this eye makeup remover by CeraVe and am so very pleased! It only takes a few drops on a cotton pad to remove the eye makeup from both of my eyes. There is no burning afterwards, either. It seems to moisturize the skin around my eyes, but does not have an oily feel to it. The bottle looks small, but since I only have to use a few drops, this should last quite a while. This has been a game changer for me!

Takes a little effort to remove mascara
Removes eye makeup with a little effort. Is not necessarily gentle in my opinion. Irritating considering it's fragrance free and most CeraVe products are good.

Burned every area of my eyes, leaves a residue, did not dissolve lightly applied costly cosmetics
Advertised as " Comforting eye make up remover " ; states "gently dissolves makeup " and in bright CAPITOL letters states Removes Waterproof Mascara. Well, I guess I should have noticed there was nothing about safe for Sensitive Skin as it burned the skin of my upper lids, it burned my lower lids, it burned the gentle skin under my eyes, it stung even at the brow line , it takes 3 or more very $$$$ remover pads I splurge on to remove even the slightest bit of cosmetics. ( I am a senior so I go light on shadow, little to no liner & light mascara usually to upper lashes only). It did not remove the mascara I use (which is not sold as a Waterproof) & finally ...it leaves a residue even after a long rinse with tepid water. If you have sensitive skin or even slightly sensitive... Stay Clear of this , if not for that reason then for the others I made clear to help others. I tossed it.
