Lid
I love making cold coffee we use it every other day to make a batch of cold coffee but I was wondering where we can get another cover as this one Iām using is rusted so I now have to put plastic wrap between the lid cover and jar

Filter Ring not attached
Like the overall quality and design, my only problem is like many others the filter has come with the top ring broken off, which means the filter doesn't stay lifted off the bottom of the jar, only solution we've had is to bend the inside of the ring to hold onto the filter not impressed with this sort of money.

The lid
The lid got stuck, couldnt get it off, ended up sawing it off. The filter is not stainless. Tastes funny, its an okay product, other than what I stated.

We've switched to cold coffee and have 2 one was excellent the other the filter came screwed up and not pressed right. Other then that. Excellent

Damaged
This arrived damaged. Lid bent will not fit. Product seems good. But mines useless. Would return but live remote not worth the drive.. has nice filter.
