Brilliant for yoga squats
I purchased this to practice yoga squats and needed help putting myy full foot on the ground and placing my body weight in my heels, this helped enormously and I am able to sit in a yoga squat for longer periods of time.

Perfect for squats
I have pretty poor ankle mobility which I’m working on so struggle to hit any depth with squats. Use this wedge under the heels and it’s perfect! The extra height allows a full range of motion and is a fraction of the price of squat shoes/lifters. Definitely recommended, now to go and get a foam roller for those leg day DOMS........

Decent quality
Yoga Matters products are generally of a good quality, and this is no exception. What I would note is that when it arrive, one of the corners had been slightly bent when wrapped in plastic. It would be useful if this product came in a larger variety of sizes.

I have a weaker right wrist and the yoga wedge is not easy to use for arm balancing postures. Even rolling a towel and putting it under my hand is better than using this wedge.

perfect angle
I'm not using this for yoga (tho I should) I'm using this as a base to put my canvas when I paint on the table. The angle is just right and this is perfect for small 8x10 or 16x24

Does what says.
Just as advertised. Used for Pilates to cope with arthritic hands. Could wish for colours other than purple.
