Sound, durability, battery life and other features are amazing for price level.

I recently purchased this product and have been thoroughly disappointed. The connectivity is subpar, and although the sound quality is passable, I cannot in good conscience recommend it. Making matters worse, the warranty claim process is excessively time-consuming due to the unavailability of courier services in many areas of Uttarakhand.After going through the hassle of obtaining a replacement on June 17th, I was disheartened to find that the new product also malfunctioned just eight days later, on June 25th. I have once again contacted customer support via email, requesting yet another replacement.In summary, the product's poor connectivity, coupled with the extended warranty claim process and the repeated failures, make it difficult for me to endorse it. Buyers should be aware of these issues before making a purchase.

I've Using this for so long time, I've got no issues with this product you can definitely go with itHere is some pros and cons :Pros :1) Good Battery backup that's 50 hrs, I am a college student i use it for a week easily with single charge2) Call Quality is good it instantly cancells the background noise with its Enx technology3) Touch controls working properly even after going through some rainy days4) sound quality is good it has bass and descent amount of treble5) Most highlighting that it comes with 40ms low latency, I played Bgmi with it it has literally no latency totally loved it6) The Appearance and Comfort is good it not kinda heavy even after having bigger battery7) The Durability is top notch no worriesCons :there nothing to think about it but it has no dual connectivity and i think nobody uses that thing or very rarely

Touch controls are not friendly. Unable to adjust volume during call. Very disappointed in calling time. Sound quality is good , but it is paining when hearing. I think it troubles beacause of metalic design. On/off feature or Connectivity also not working properly.
