And if it was, it must have been from one of those alternative mixology schools where they don’t give grades and everyone calls their teachers by their first names. In the doctor’s drink lab, budding beverage brewers can use the included vials and plastic tubing to concoct various yucky drinks as prescribed on the enclosed recipe cards (recipes include "Berry Blood Cells" where you have to add clotting agents to the potion). Although the purple and yellow coloring make the set look a little more macabre than they may have otherwise, this is essentially a stripped down toy chemistry set with some artificially flavored candy mix with which to make drinks. Young chemists will run out of the necessary ingredients before long but replacements can be purchased or standard groceries can be creatively substituted. --Charlie Williams
