I've used EVL preworkouts on and off for a few years now and have always been satisfied with the effects, taste, and longevity. As with most preworkouts, you will typically feel the effects in about 15 minutes (30 minutes if you have eaten beforehand). Due to this being a stimulant free pre-workout there is no jitters, itching, or energy boost, however it does help increase gym focus, and drive to get the extra reps in.The grape taste is great and not too medicinal like most grape powder drinks.
