USE THESE INSTRUCTIONS!!! Worked perfectly on my 2004 S2000. I could not get the instructions that came with the FOBs to work properly. These instructions are from the Honda S2000 Service Manual and they worked fine.

May not work on JDM RHD models
I could not get the remote to follow programming instructions. My car is an AP1 Japanese/Singapore model with factory installed keyless entry. My remote stopped working and I ordered these... the quality seems fine but could not get the (on/off/lock button x 3) method to work after multiple tries. Scan tool for these 99/00 doesn't seem to be able to program the remotes either. Also in the caribbean, so can't feasibly return the set. darn.

Programed both for my 2003 S2000
After several attempts to program, I was able to program the two new remotes and my old original remote. A lot of buttons to push within 4 seconds.

For Honda CRV G1 1995-2001 working better than expect
For my Honda CR-V 2001, the remote works with all expected features:1x Unlock: Unlocks driver's door2x Unlock: Unlocks all doors1x Lock: Locks all doors2nd Lock: Short beepRear trunk door unlocking fob also works well. No need anymore to enter the cabin to open the rear boot doors.SOS fob also works with loud beeping.I recommend this product for the Honda CR-V.

Works great.
We had these fobs programmed for our 2000 Honda CRV in under five minutes. We also programmed one of the old original fobs. The instructions were easy to follow, and they work well. Would recommend.

Works perfect for 2003 S2000
Honda was charging me $300 CAD for the key fob alone for only 1 and I would have to pay for programming.This was only $80 CAD and I got two fobs. Programmed both within 5 mins. Works as it stated, lock unlock and trunk.The housing is more on the cheaper side of plastic but I saved over $200 per key fob so no complaints.
