The product was just as described. It used latest Bluetooth 4.1 CSR technology and state of the art acoustic components that produce incredible sound quality with deep bass and crystal clear treble.Great sound, no problems with wind noise and ver comfortable. I was very pleased with the quality. I wish I had bought it sooner and saved myself some money and hassle of the previously purchased earbuds that kept falling out and didn't have the quality of sound that these do.

I wasn't sure that is going to be that good it's very light easy to hold on the ear and very good sound system. The microphone easily folds up if you need to get it out the way and still picks up your voice fine even when pushed up. The carry case is just a plus and its portable enough to fit in my pocket no problem. Overall it was a good purchase for me and I am more than satisfied.

the only thing is I had it for about 2 weeks and I got sweaty and it wouldn't charge anymore work anymore so I think the water got down into the phone is out of the earpiece

This is the second time I bought this device. The first one broke so I bought a replacement. On the second device, I keep having people telling me they cannot hear me on the other end. So.....very disappointed and I am buying a different model.

The ease of use and the directions were very easy to follow. I have a MAZZTE and it works wonderfully together!!!! No ear pain, charges quickly, BEAUTIFUL piece of equipment!!!

This is the best earpiece I have used I drive for a living and use this every day I recently replaced my K-6 with this K-10 and I just love it and it does work better than the K-6 the sound quality is much better etc.

Only used this product a few times and carefully placed it back in the case after each use. It still cracked where the swivel piece is located, although it happened only after two weeks I missed the 30 day window for returning this product and am very disappointed. I would not recommend this product, even at a lower price I don't think it would be a good deal.

Work fine. Clear call, good battery life.Only cons : it would have been even better to have an ON / OFF selector switch to start it instead of holding down the call key.

It works, but frankly you can hear everything in the room on the receiving end. Could hear someone walking in the hallway outside my office, conversations in other rooms... Sound quality was fine but wow, it's unusable. I can't imagine what it wold sound like in a car.

I bought this to gift my father. But the device has a small crack on it. It stopped working in a day. Sometimes gets connected and other times not. Such an Awful product. I doubt whether I got the defective item?
