1/4" 1/8" Thread Camera Suction Cup Mount Dash Cam Tripod Holder

I bought this to hold my SLR camera on my dashboard for shooting photos while off-roading. I did buy additional base mounts as the one that came with it didn't hold well. With the new mounting plates, the unit holds my camera steady in spite of the side-to-side motions,up off of the dashboard, and almost right up against the windshield. Exactly what I needed.

I purchased this product a replacement for the one that came with my auto window camera. This product seems to be more robust than the original and the suction is excellent. I live in an area where summer temperatures are above 100F and thus far, the camera has not fallen once from my wind shield. The original kept on falling with the variations in temperatures.

At first I couldn't get it to stick it took a few tries bit once I got it to stick it works fine. Decent suction.

This is probably the most useless thing I've ever purchased on Amazon. It's not a suction mechanism, it's disgusting adhesive-- deceptively structured to look like suction. It clung to my windshield for a grand total of 30 days, before the external temperature rendered it useless. It leaves nasty smear marks all over the glass and once the adhesive wears out, you now own a useless piece of plastic.

The suction was good for a while but then it started to fall off my dash very easily. I have a Sony zv1f camera and it fit very well and it was very functional for when I am vlogging in my car. The build quality is very good and installation was very easy. It’s adjustability is very easy.

I bought this to attach my DJI Osmo Action 4 to my car window. It was easy to attach and was rock solid was everything was in place.

This mount is great. It has excellent suction, is compact, and comes with several accessories. The greatest weakness in this mount is the threaded insert locking screw. Even completely screwed, the position will not hold in place, and as a result will move around when a bump is hit.

It had the needed camera (1/4 x 20 threads ? ) standard to fit camera mount. it works well, no issues installing, but no directions either; so be versed in suction cup use, watch some videos on youtube highly recommended. I would recommend this mount for small lightweight trail cams or security cameras. I didn't see a weight test limit in the sale site, so be cautious. Lowest price also !

Has done the job. Weather in FNQ dose effect these dash camera's. The plastic dose become brittle and breaks.

No stick to windscreen.. peace of crap
