Pros:- delivery on time, if worn when just walking or stand around it does help to remind you to stand up correctly, pull your shoulders back and not slouch, so has a limited benefit.Cons:- Not good if you are doing a lot of work and bending as the tension in the shoulder straps causes the waistband to ride up and loses its benefit.The waistband is comfortably padded but over bulky.The shoulder straps look as if they should be comfortable but in practice after a short time of use they fold and dig into the shoulders.I thought that in buying this model in comparison to the design of others on the website and at a higher price they would be superior, without trying them I will never know, but this design could do with improvement.This is the penalty of buying anything on line and not being able to try before purchase.

Nothing like the photo. Cheap and no bag or extra parts like specified. Sent straight back. Rubbish.
