I bought these to reduce the cough Ive been suffering from for weeks following the flu. They have a delicious taste. I'm really enjoying the Apple Longan flavor. It tastes fruity but not overpowering. It doesn't taste like the Nin Jiom cough syrup! The tin is smaller than I expected and the losenges (24 of them) are individually wrapped which is a pleasant surprise as it feels hygienic. There is a slight cooling or numbing effect in my mouth and I feel myself coughing less when using these. They are more expensive than Halls or other common cough drops but taste much better and appear to actually work for me so I don't mind the price.I found a second label under the main label on the back. It indicates only 1% natural herb extracts. The lozenges appear to be mostly sugar but they're reducing my coughing and I enjoy them. I would purchase again.

These do exactly what one would expect. They are not a panacea for cough but do soothe the throat and I find the taste a lot more satisfying than some of the more conventional otc cough drops.

I'm pretty upset about this. I ordered the apple flavor (the only one that tastes okay) but I got the lemon in the mail instead. This item is also "non returnable". I called Amazon customer service and they refunded my money.
