Great line, terrible spool. I use a line spooler especially with spinning reel. The line spool should be solid and not break.

I don't usually review things but this is an exception. I'm a long-time user of Fireline, Spiderwire & PowerPro. All are quite good. But I recently had to replace some Fireline & decided to give Yo-Zuri a try.Bought 10# & spooled it on my Daiwa Regal 2500 on a Daiwa 7' Tatula. Knot strength is great but most impressive is castibilty. My casting distance has increased by at least 25%! First time out I caught 5 bass. Great stuff!

Absolutely love this line! I was a loyal spiderwire customer but, a couple of years ago I noticed that I was getting broken off a lot more than I use to. So I started seeing that the color was fading quicker than I remember. So I decided to buy some new line & see how they hold up. After comparing a couple different lines I chose the Yo-Zuri. It's a way smaller line than a lot of braided are & it's Absolutely stronger than all of them. This line is ridiculously strong! Now if I get hung up, I usually drag whatever I was hung up on & for all other hang ups you have to cut it because, you're at a stale mate.

Every second cast the line is getting small knots in it very frustrating

I have Yo-Zuri line on my other reels and IMO is the best braid for the money. I Stream fish 3 to 4 times a week a get a full season of fishing out of the line using a flora leader. I purchased this line for spinning reel and rod. Shimano 2500 with 6’ medium rod. .I can still feel the bites and get great hook sets with this line. If you have never used braid line on spinning reels it’s a must, no more line memory and farther smoother casts. I would suggest using a 12 to 15 ft leader with the braid line if jig fishing.

I put this line on my ultralight 1-4 rod & im impressed. Very smooth line, cast extremely far & is very strong

I liked this braid very much. It was super narrow diameter, yet quite strong breaking strength. It casts well, Coke’s off the spook well, all as expected. I use it for either bass fishing, or jogging Mackinaw.Good product.
