Instant Relief
This is the first product I’ve felt compelled to review. Used it this morning and got immediate relief for psoas and iliacus muscles. I’ve also used this on my groin and abductors. I’m looking forward to experimenting on other body parts as well. I’m 6’2” and can see how it would be challenging to use if you were under 5’5” or so. If you’re on the fence, hop off and buy.

Too large
Too large for my body. Apparently the colors are actually sizes. The listing should be updated. Check their website for more details. Seamless return though!

Awkwardly shaped and too big
I’m pretty experienced with self release of the papas but this product was really big and awkward and painful. I’m average size so this should have worked.

Tight hip lower back pain
I’ve had a really tight hip on one side causing my lower back/glute to have discomfort. It’s been so tight that my legs feel uneven when u walk. I’ve suspected it’s a tight iliacus or psoas muscle from what l read online. I just used the Hip Fin on my Iliacus and held it for about 40 seconds when l felt a significant release sensation! Excited to see how it feels lifting weights later this week.

It actually works...
This thing actually works. I had been looking at things like bouncy balls and hip hooks for a while, but this was cheaper. It does what I wanted it to do. I work on my iliacus/psoas areas, and after I get through about 45-60 seconds worth of pain, a wave of relief comes, as I feel my core and lower-mid back relax and open up. It's been a lifesaver recently.

Feels like my PT doing a hip flexor release
Luckily I've had hip flexor releases done before so I knew what I was getting into with this. It hurts, as it should, but is the first product I've found that actually feels like my PT doing a release. Would recommend, if you've had hip flexor releases done before and know how to use it.

Great Product
Great way to work on the hip flexors! I first used one at the gym but wanted one for home! Both my husband and I have used it and have felt relief of hip and low back tightness. The instructions are easy to follow. I’ll recommend to my friends!

Hip release
It is not a present experience to start. It takes a while for the hip muscle to relax and release . Worth the discomfort and pain when first placed in position.
