I was told by Farhen that I needed a decoder because my brights come on when I turn the fog lights on. This was on my 2007 Ford F150. They said they couldn't send me one because I purchased a used like new instead of brand new. So I returned the used one and bought a brand new set which caused the same issue. After I told them I installed the new ones and that I still have the same issue, they told me that they cannot afford to send me the decoder. So after all that run around they wouldn't send the item to fix the issue. I have dealt with other led companies on amazon and have never seen anything like this. Better stick with a company that stands behind their products and has better customer service. I will update this review if they do send me the decoder to fix the issue with the bright lights turning on when the fog lights are turned on.I did receive the decoder eventually and it works good and no issues so far with the high beams coming on with fog lights. There was miscommunication and luckily I got everything resolved in the end.

A couple weeks ago I installed these in my 2020 Ram Bighorn. Because I have huge hands and the design of the vehicle, it took a lot longer to install the lights than I expected, having to remove engine bay components and accessories. It was dark once I had them in place, so I fired up the truck and hit the switch. BOOM! It was like I was shooting sunbeams from the front of my vehicle. I had my wife come look and she was like, "People are just going to LOVE you on the road." Happy with my purchase, I took my swollen and beat up hands to bed. The next morning I got up, excited for my early morning drive with my own personal sunray. Fired up the truck and the H11s blinked alternately, about once per second, five times and then went dark. They stayed dark. I restarted the truck and turned the lights on- same thing. I then flipped on the brights and they too flashed in the same pattern and then went dark. "Guess I'm not going to work today." With my aching hands I pulled the bulbs and reversed the wiring clips as suggested- nope. I left the dust covers off- nope. I pulled the lamps and tried them in my wife's vehicle (which already has another brand of aftermarket LED upgrades) and they flashed the same in her vehicle too. I contacted support. Over 24 hours later I was told I would need to install an additional "decoder" to make them work. Buy this point my hands hurt so bad and I was so frustrated to not be able to drive my truck that I noped out of that idea, pulled the bulbs for the 5th time and put the crappy halogens back in and then sulked while icing my poor hands. A few days later I picked up some H11's of the same brand I put in my wife's car and they worked perfectly. They have for over a week- not one single problem. So I thought I'd give the Fehrens one more try... maybe I did something wrong. My truck looked like a beacon on a channel buoy- blink, blink, blink, blink. I reinstalled the other LEDs and will be returning the Fehrens today.

These are the brightest bulbs i owned yet, these head leadlights made one hell of a difference, i was skeptical at first, but i bit the bullet and ordered them, and now i dont not regret it AT ALL, customer service are quick to respond when i asked them about the warranty, and they got it covered, i will be ordering another set soon for my beater, 10 out of 10, yes i am very satisfied with the product, and i know the pic is blurry but you tell how they just light up the highway, it is definitely worth the money, and no thats not the brights either..

This is the 2nd set of lights from this company. I was very happy with the installation and results of the DIY LED light upgrade in my 2014 Prius V. Zero modifications needed there.Pictures are before and after modifications I felt I needed to do to the dust covers of my 2014 Ram 2500 Hemi 6.4. Although what you see zip tied to the outside of my dust cover would have fit inside with the actual bulb housing, I couldn't really find the best place to secure them and keep them away from heat other than what you seen.Yes, I secured the modifications/cuts & holes so that dust and/or moisture would have a difficult time getting in.All in all, it was fun and not too hard. Really love the lights and all it exposes late a night, whether they're street lights or not.
