Stylish and mod with smooth operation
Looks cool in chrome. Nice flow. But whatever you do, do not lose the aerator or tiny screw, and don't throw away the aerator removal tool - looks like a weird key. Purchased the tall and short faucets. They look great.

Very nice faucet!
I really like this faucet. Right height, water pressure, look of the clean lines, ease of installing.Too bad I have to wipe it dry so it doesn’t leave water spots. I thought buying this type of finish would make it not show water spots. I have bought others and don’t have to wipe it down every time.

Buyer Beware
The first faucet arrived with two conspicuous scratches. Amazon permitted me to return it and order a second one. This one had two tiny nicks of the black coating that were plainly visible next to the spout. Not wanting to waste more time, I touched up the chrome-looking dots with a black Sharpie marker.I included the bath photo so readers could see that my do-it-yourself skills are pretty decent. The light, mirror, baseboards, floor, towel bar, hooks, storage cabinet, and wall painting were done by me. The faucet installation was a breeze until the part where the aerator had to be removed to flush the faucet.I would recommend taking a close-up picture of the aerator and faucet spout before the aerator is taken out. Make a mental note as it comes out that the side of the aerator with the curved "C" shape faces the back and does not face towards you. The side that faces you feels smooth on its surface and the side facing away from you is uneven on its surface. Also, be sure to have a 1.5 millimeter allen wrench. My faucet came without one and I had to buy it.After flushing the faucet, I could not insert the aerator correctly. The instructions have no words, only diagrams. I mentioned that you should note the correct orientation of the aerator so that you don't try installing it with the bumpy "c" shape facing forward like I did. After trying to run the allen screw back into the tiny, tiny hole which can't be seen on the back of the spout for around a half-hour, I called the Hansgrohe service department and got an impatient employee who didn't want to help me much. I did learn that the aerator was supposed to be set into the faucet body so that it didn't protrude at all. After another twenty minutes trying to insert the aerator so it didn't stick out, I called the service department again and thankfully reached an empathetic person who gave it his best to be helpful. He suggested a few things which didn't resolve the issue, but his efforts were appreciated. He also kindly agreed to send me another aerator. After another twenty minutes of trying to get the aerator to stay inserted into the faucet body, I used one finger to firmly hold the aerator up into the faucet body so it didn't stick out, and I got the miniature allen screw to finally engage into the threaded hole that you can't see in the back of the faucet spout.I've installed faucets many times and never had an aerator design that was this fussy to install. I understand that the designer did this so that the faucet would not have a 1.5 millimeter screw visible, but for me, it was a real challenge. As you can see, the completed project looks great, but the faucet installation wore me out. For the price, one would expect a design that was as easy as the Moen, Grohe, American Standard, and Delta faucets that I've installed.Incidentally, if you like the white oak vanity and white quartz counter, it's from a Canadian company called Teodor. It is designed beautifully and built to last. Their customer service is exceptional, too.

Beatuful. Elegant. Quality build.
The media could not be loaded. This is a beautiful single handle faucet from hansgrohe: elegant, weighty, smooth-operating, with a ribbon, rather than circular, water flow. We have a similarly finished matte black hansgrohe faucet in our kitchen which has withstood lots of use while continuing to look elegantly finished. The Vivenis lines are strikingly good looking here, as in the rest of hansgrohe's Vivenis line of accessories. This comes with a superb, solid-and-heavy metal drain with a matching matte black stopper and a matching black riser lever for opening and closing the drain. Supply lines are integrated into your faucet and are long enough likely to reach your valve, if it's in the wall.hansgrohe is a top-of-the line manufacturer of kitchen and bathroom plumbing accessories. Its design and manufacturing quality are superb and every hansgrohe piece comes with a trustworthy lifetime warranty. I'm a fan of hansgrohe bathroom accessories. They're beautifully finished and precisely made. hansgrohe is a luxury line of bathroom and kitchen plumbing fixtures majority owned by Masco Corporation (also owner of Delta, Peerless and Brito lines), and this is an exquisite hansgrohe bathroom sink faucet.

high quality except for popup drain
Have had since April 2023. Stylish and well built; however, the popup drain is inferior quality; the material feels cheap and flimsy. It collects a film that takes a lot of scrubbing to remove. Contractor thinks it could be galvanized pipes leaving residue, but this did not happen with previous pop-up drain.

Very sleek
I find this faucet quite attractive as well as comfortable in the hand. The faucet looks and feels solid as you would expect from a brass fitting. The flat design of the faucet is unique. I have several other pieces of the Vivenis line in my bathroom, and they make for a tidy, unified look. The faucet has a maximum flow rate of 1.2 gallons per minute, which meets codes for areas where water supply is limited. I find this single handle faucet great for a bathroom lavatory since I can control the temperature and flow with just one hand. Also included in the box is a drain assembly and drain pull rod, plus complete installation instructions. I have several other hansgrohe fixtures in my house, and they have all provided good trouble-free service over the years.

Unfortunately poor quality
After only 4 months of use the paint fell off and a non-removable plaque appeared. For the price I was expecting higher quality materials.

Revised review
Original review: Can’t wait to install this weighty faucet in our guest bathroom remodel. This faucet is Sturdy and lives up to the Hansgrohe name. White color is pure white and will look beautiful and clean with our white sink. A unique look with a solid metal fabrication. Great design. Matte finish is not glossy, but wipes clean easily.Dropped my review from 5 stars to 3. After installing, the drain cover immediately chipped just with using water in the bathroom sink. (we did not drop anything on it) This was very disappointing for such an expensive faucet. I like the faucet, but the entire drain assembly was not great. From the plunger to the chip, it is just not as well made as the faucet.
