Can I purchase just the replacement bolt?

Yes...you should be able to purchase just the bolt. But it might be easier if you took the old bolt to a local hardware store. They may be able to match the tread design and be cheaper than going thru the manufacturer

Why will the seller not accept the item when requesting to return?

Because they’re cheats and Amazon helps them get away with it. If something hasn’t been used because it couldn’t be installed, there should be no problem accepting it in return. Even aids for getting up from a chair they won’t accept return. This is a racket and we’re the marks. Amazon used to protect their clients. NEVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Nope. Amazon says it’s clearly stated, which it is not. It says it’s returnable but it’s not. Complain to Amazon. Write bad reviews explaining they cheat customers. Contact your state’s consumer protection agency. That’s what I’ve done. And warn as many unsuspecting customers as possible.

Raised toilet seat.

This raised toilet seat was extremely helpful after surgery. It made sitting down and getting up so much easier and safer. The handles provide great support and the E-Z lock keeps it secure in place. Very comfortable and easy to install. Highly recommend for anyone recovering from surgery or needing extra support.
