Purchased book as a refresher as hadn't played the game for a while, great price and size for travel with game board, would recommend for people wanting to learn how to play this game!

Short and concise. Easy to look up the rules

Offers excellent review of game history, rules, strategy, tips, and trick; however, is fraught with typos throughout. More time can and should have been invested in proofreading. If you can overlook that, this book might be a good adjunct to your cribbage play. Individual results may vary.

Just what I was looking for. Easy to follow instructions. I don't have ten more words this is stupid and unnecessary.

There are so many grammatical errors and misspellings in this book sometimes it is hard to know what the author is trying to say. The book is not well-written and could be much more informative than it is. This book will give you VERY basic guidelines to the game and, in my opinion, not worth the price that was paid.

A good, short introduction to the game. I read it in a very short period of time and came out ready to play a credible game with my cribbage-loving friend. You'll have to go elsewhere for deep philosophy on strategy etc. but if, like me, you've dismissed cribbage as a game of "too many funny little rules" this book makes things clear and leaves you ready to play across the board from a real opponent.

Great guide

It is a good intro with some good beginner strategy. For a book with only about 30 pages of text, there are at least six typos I found on the first read. Most are minor but there is a bad omission of a “not” in the 2nd bullet of the Discard Strategy section that could be confusing to a new player. Fix the typos and it would be a 4.5 or 5.0 book.

While most of the game flow are described some elementary parts and terminology are missing.

Fehler, Fehler, Fehler ... dabei nur ein paar Seiten, was durch den großen Druck nicht kaschiert wird. Die Anzahl der Druckfehler allein ist jedoch schon fast eine Leistung.Typisch ein Artikel, bei dem 1 Stern bereits 1 Stern zu viel ist.
