A sentimental gift!
My uncle passed away a little over a year ago. My aunt has been doing 1000+ pieces puzzles to keep herself busy. So I got her a puzzle with the three of us at the family reunion on a puzzle. She absolutely loves it!!!!

Not a good outcome
Unfortunately the puzzle was blurry! The photograph was clear and the puzzle was blurry. We are disappointed.

Image is soft and color is dead
It's one of my best photos ever: St. Peters Basilica, whose walls are covered with gold. The colors should be as vibrant, the lines as sharp, as the original. See for yourself. The puzzle's colors are as dead as paste; the whole thing is too light. I sent the picture above with my request for a redo so they could compare the original with their insipid result, assuming they could see what it should be. The replacement is just as dead and unsharp. This company needs to invest in better print-making equipment, better technicians, or both.
