Very compact, sturdily built
I own the big version and the little one. These things are like little airplane wings in a sense (senz?), so they're great even in fairly heavy wind. You're still going to get wet in a really heavy soak, but perfect for the weather here in Seattle (and people look my way all the time when this thing is open, because it's quite different looking than most umbrellas around here).

Just a bit too small, both in the size of the coverage and the length of the handle. Otherwise, performs as states.

Genius concept that works
This umbrella is very sturdy and it works exceptionally well during windy wet weather. I like Senz brand so much that I own two. I have the large size going on 10 years. I keep it in my car.I just bought a small one. Very happy with the concept and quality. I totally recommend it.

I bought two of these umbrellas - one as a gift. It did turn inside out in windy conditions. AND..after two years, it was no longer waterproof - the water was coming in from the top of the umbrella. I don't know if there is a lifetime warranty but wish I could return them.

Great features excellent umbrella.
I walk in some windy places. Wife loves the collapsable version, I prefer the stick version that does not collapse. Great, eye catching Umbrella that works well, and doesn't take out an eye due to the safety corners.

Long and bulky product that does not fold
The product does not fold, basic information that the company did not bother to mention In the product description for some reason, poor customer service in my opinionIn case of return of the product, it should be shipped to Italy

Breaks right after the warranty ends
This is an expensive garbage. We didn't buy it from amazon, rather from a retailer. It only lasted for 2 years, and then it became unusable (see images). The most "convenient" thing was that the warranty from the manufacturer is only 2 years, and ours lasted 2 years and just over 1 month. So the company understandably refuses to replace it, and offers a voucher for 15% discount on the next one. Grocery store $10 umbrellas had lasted us longer than that.Yes, it was convenient in use due to the shape, and the automatic mechanism, and we quite liked it while it lasted, but completely not worth the money because of the short life span.

Storm proof
I love the design of this umbrella. It's a bit more bulky than the average folding umbrella (so if you want one to fit your handbag, go for the Senz Smart instead). But it's so very sturdy and packs away easily in the equally-sturdy canvas umbrella holster thing. The shape keeps the rain off really well and it has survived the sort of stormy winds which have killed all my previous umbrellas.I'm subtracting points for two reasons: (1) I had to return my first umbrella because the case wasn't sewn properly (the replacement is sewn properly), and (2) the button to release and close the umbrella is a real weakness - it doesn't always release properly and feels flimsy.
