This is now part of my nightly routine. Originally I thought it was the cowards way to join the cold dippers. Little did I know it would really help the hot flushes for us women of a certain age. I drift off to sleep as it cools me down and it really helps me sleep. Great for puffiness also.

I've given 3 stars based on performance, design, comfortability.4 stars for performance: I have a severe chemo rash which causes my skin to burn and itch severly. The mask cools it down and ears the pain straight away. I do think it turns warm quite fast.3 stars for design: I love the feeling of the beads on my skin. If you put light pressure on the mask the beads have a massaging effect.Unfortunately the holes are a bit narrow, and the edges of the holes and outline are way too sharp.3 stars for comfortability: due yo the small holes and sharp edges it doesn't sit comfortably and I end up holding it and moving it around my face to still benefit from the cooling effect.If the holes (especially nose hole) could be widened and the edges could be softened I'd 5-star the product.

The mascara arrived quickly. And exactly as it is in the photo. The quality and finish. I recommend

Really nice product does what it says, you can cool it down in the fridge within half an hour. The back of it has a nice smooth material that makes it comfortable on the face.Only issue I have is the mouth is a little bit too high so it doesn’t quite fit my face properly. Doesn’t effect the use too much but it’s a bit annoying.

I have urticaria and angiodema and rashes and hives so when I am in a flare this is brilliant to cool my face down. The only negative is that the second strap is too low down so it is around the base of my head at the back. It should be further up to support the mask better

I've used this mask to help with a migraine, hayfever, cooling down after a hot day, when my face feels puffy and one particularly nasty hangover, I love it!
