John Aird 100% Egyptian Cotton Bath Towels & Towel Sets 600gsm (Black, Bath Towel)

They are thick and absorbent.However, they leave you covered in small black fluff (got the black one) if you touch it when you're damp. Which is the main time you would touch a towel. However, I haven't been able to machine wash them yet as I am currently in isolation. Will update this review if that fixes the issue.You should definitely at least rinse them before use as there's a lot of colour seeping out.

I got these as it’s hard to get red towels in the shops. They were quite expensive but better quality than the standard towels you get in the supermarket. They ran a bit on the first wash as I would expect but they colour is still vibrant and the texture is nice.

I bought these in orange for our boat. The color is bright and fun. For the price, the quality is good. I probably wouldn't buy for our main set of house towels but they are perfect for the purpose I bought them for.

The absorbency is very poor, I still feel damp after using them. I'm sorry I got rid of my old towels now as, though a bit threadbare, they did a much better job of drying.

I bought these as a gift for my son who lives away .... perfect for him ... delivered straight to his address which is less haste for everyone 😄
