These seem to work well. I haven't noticed any weight loss, but I'm not trying to lose weight either. The first day I took this I felt a bit queasy, but every day there after I've been fine which has been over a month.

I have been using this product and I like it very much. I seems to be curbing my hunger swings and giving me energy especially in the morning!

That's where these pills come in! I get the health benefits without choking down cups of green tea. I also appreciate that they contain a minimal amount of caffeine so I don't feel jittery. The pills are easy to swallow and never upset my stomach. I highly recommend!

I thought it would be easier to take a pill than to drink green tea, which I find bland and unpleasant, but is supposed to be so good for you. Unfortunately, this product made me feel weird and made my heart beat too fast. I guess I need a lower dosage.

I love me some Camellia sinensis. It's a great alternative to coffee for that caffeine buzz, since each cup contains anywhere between 35-100 milligrams of caffeine, depending on how long it's been steeped. Green tea is also a great source of antioxidants that help support immune function, cardiovascular health, and fat loss. Above all, green tea just goes really, really well with sushi. And well this extract hits the mark in every way I haven't found any other product on the market that has had such positive results on my body then this one with so many others on the market it was hard to choose but hands down this tops all others.

Not really happy...at first it seem to help with weight loss but, I guess do to me walking all day and taking stairs at work and my job cooks lighter meals due to the elderly residents of course, I would lose weight.. But, I didn't notice a bit of energy between drinking lemon water and coffee provided by my job, as far as my appetite. I feel more hungry and tired these did not help me one bit. I gave it a month 2 pills a day, I even took 4 just thinking maybe my caffeine tolerance is high.. BIG mistake taking more than two works as a laxitive. So I will keep them for that reason only.

Wow! The best anti-oxidant and appetite suppressant I’ve ever had! I just started taking this 2 days in a row and I see a lot of difference in terms of my appetite and how I don’t get easily hungry now with this green tea extract ! Although I noticed that I get a little bit of agitation which I don’t have that before but other than that this is a good product if you want to see the effect right away ! I’ll post more after a month to completely see the outcome of taking it.
