Thin metal gave way under load. Not from training.
This was fine for middle school kids and T bar rows. When the weight went over 135# it gave way.

Good quality, works well
I give it four out of five stars...the price is spot on and I was able to load 140lbs on the bar for bent over rows without any issues. Over all quality is good, but not great (the plate post insert is sturdy but the handles seem as though they could bend if you go too heavy).

Landmine assault!
Wow couldn’t believe I was doing back exercises without this! Loved it. Easy to use. For the money it’s worth it. My wife and I use it and we love results! The combo with the landline let’s you tons of other exercises if you look it up on you tube. Great if your tired of the same old routines and want to change it up this is it! You push yourself with the barbell and landline!
