I was surprised that a small piece would hold a porous material so well. Heavy duty, double sided tape won’t work in my application, and that type of tape is strong.

This tape is awesome. I purchased as a quick fix for curtains that were too long. I've used this tape for so many things!

This tape would probably work really good for some things but it is not holding the hem on a pair of velor curtains unfortunately.

I don’t know if this is good tape for cotton, linen, or other things but I do know it doesn’t hold silk.

Purchased this for fabric needs. Tape is not very durable for what I needed it for. It also had a very weird chemical smell to it (like a skunk). It would be good for hanging something light in weight up but that is all I saw a purpose for after trying it.

I purchased this for my daughters room to hang her Christmas gift on the wall. It was the best option for some thing that would be removable if necessary, however, still strong to hold it up. The fabric in my case was along the lines of the thickness of a sheet. It was very easy to attach to the fabric, then attach to the wall. I would definitely recommend this product.

Don’t screw up putting this on. Once it is on, you will not be able to get it off again. I used it to hem curtains. So beware, do it carefully and slowly because this stuff is not forgiving,
