I ordered Earthpulse V.8 in October 2022. It is now July 2023 and no machine, only excuses and delays. I finally asked for my money back and they said only after they start shipping units out. I have waited 9 months. There is nothing on their website to indicate any problems. It appears to be a Ponzi scheme. Take in money and delay or refuse refunds on their "guarantee". Don't order anything from them unless you want to get screwed. This is their last reply to me: Hi, We have your banking details from our past emails. I have been doing a lot of research on PEMF and what it can do for the body as a whole. My sleep has been very bad and I almost never dream anymore which is terrible because the mind needs REM sleep to repair body systems. My friend let me try the EarthPulse system and the first night I slept so hard I didn't know where I was when I woke up. After 2 weeks of the best sleep of my life I ordered my own system. Pricey of course but it works and that makes it cheap. Well fedex screwed up and my first unit is somewhere lost in the holiday ether. I thought this would be a painful process to get a replacement unit but I called amazon and they got me in touch with US distributor (I found out the product ships from India) and he took care of me. I just got a message that he is shipping me a brand new unit and I should have it in a couple of days. With service like this I will be purchasing more from them for sure.
