وقبل تجربته قام المندوب بتوصيله بالخطأ إلى عميل اخر !! وعندما رفعت شكوى الى خدمة العملاء في امازون ان الشحنه لم تصلني !! لم يتم الاهتمام بشكواي بالشكل المطلوب للأسف ولم احصل على الشحنه الا بعد ان قام العميل بالتواصل معي وذهبت بنفسي لاستلام الشحنه !! وهذا شي غير مقبول ابدا
