Horrible, waste of $$$ (recipe for dumplings)
Horrible don’t do it. Make your own. 3 cups of flour. 1 cup of chilled water. Salt. Knead. Roll out using whatever you have lol (eg spray can of Pam, rolling pin, etc) roll out until thin as you like. Cut into 1in strips and 2 to 3in length

Loved Them
Wonderful product--reminds of the wonderful homecooking of my mother, grandmother, aunt. I would like to be able to purchase this product at a local grocery store, as the price plus shipping to my home is pretty expensive. I used my dumplings to make a southern dish cooked often by my older relatives: butterbean stew....yes, cooked them in chicken broth and added frozen butter beans. Delicious. I've wondered if the dish originated during the depression?

Not what I was looking for.
These "dumplings", were more like a broad noodle than dumpling, IMO. I wanted a cheat for my my Chicken and Dumplings. I usually use Mrs. Reames, dumplings, but I live in CA and for the life of me, I can't find them in my stores and the company won't ship or it is too cost prohibitive to purchase them, so I tried these. They do not have the flavor or texture that I was looking for. Not a bad product, just not my taste. (Par-rum-pah!)LOL

Broken
Second time I ordered these and both times they were broken into bits and pieces.

Delicious
They were delicious, but a little expensive at $14.00 a box but I needed them in a hurry

Too Thin
So paper thin that you can't even taste them. Not many in a box. Not worth the cost

Easy to use
They make a good addition to soups and have a great flavor
