Easily to assemble. Quality material. The black out on the dark gray is amazing (which, if you work nights, you will appreciate). The light gray also blocks a lot of light, and no complaints-but if you are looking to really darken your room, the dark gray is the way to go.

I bought this shade for my front door. It has an etched glass window, yes it’s lovely, but in Arizona, in the summer, sometimes spring and fall, ok even winter, when the sun hits it, it can heat up the house like nothing flat and talk about BRIGHT!! Oh boy, I like to let the sunshine in, I don’t like a dark room, but hey, don’t shine your brights in my eyes! I will hit you head on! So I found this shade, measured my window using the instructions given and it is perfection. Privacy in the evening, and block out the sun at the brightest times during the day! It was simple to install. The fit was perfect.

They are fairly easy to install and work great at darkening the room. The directions are a little vague on what to do if the chain is long. I noticed they sent a little coupling link so you can cut the chain at the sill and reassemble it with that piece. Just a little tip. We were done with vinyl blinds and thought we'd try these. Glad we did.

The screws stripped immediately, but once I dug those out and used my own, everything was easy and the blinds look and work great.

Took apart our broken RV shade and found a complicated NEST of over design in its manufacturing.Better yet was the way it failed with small PLASTIC parts that were NEVER going to last in the first place. Spent many hours researching to find these simply designed shades that should last a lifetime. When the other/original shades fail I'll be replacing them with these!

Easy to go up!! Perfect light cover and great to hold in this heat!! Easy to pull up and down. They look expensive!! Great quality especially for the money! We have purchased 2 now and plan to purchase more.

Based on the reviews, I had somewhat high expectations from this roller shades. I ordered 3 rollers, 2 for living windows and 1 for bedroom. I got the one for bedroom and just done installing them. I did install perfectly to a millimeter precision (45 7/8") so it's very snuggly and doesn't come off. However, I am disappointed with the overall quality of the roller and particularly with the material which is somewhat hard vinyl. The key issue are:1) it gets dented if touched or bent out of it's regular role up/down function. so, kinda gets creased which will eventually start breaking. see it in the picture.2) it retains the rolled up shape to a certain degree when rolled down. so, the weight at the bottom isn't enough for this hard material.3) during the install and a few roll ups/downs, the side edges started shading threads. this is particularly concerning as it will wear out this roller soon with subsequent usage.4) the brackets that go into the roller are very loose and doesn't stay in. this is bit of a pain during install as it fell down a few times with tilts. post install, the chain side bracket continue to move forward and backward and doesn't stay at it's place. so, the chain pull isn't entirely vertical.5) the brackets themselves aren't entirely leveled and it creates a bit of a gap on one side at the top of the roller. see it in the picture. this causes the shade to be unleveled on one side.with that said, i will definitely return the rest of the 2 rollers that are currently in transit. and i may uninstall and return this too if i find a better roller.i think the price is reflective of the quality. if you're on the budget then this is okay. otherwise i do not recommend buying this.
