The taste and flavor is top notch, we used in some baking and well pleased. The only con is the value for money spent, forgive my ignorance, I do not know about this company and therefore it feels expensive for spending 20 bucks for a vanilla extract. It is the product of mexico and the product description on the packaging says 75 years of history.

This vanilla extract is the real deal and you can tell by the fact it clearly states origin and alcohol percentage of 35%. Yes, real extracts use alcohol, so if your vanilla extract does not have alcohol in it then it is likely artificial. The smell is strong and taste is also very good. Only downside is this is quite pricey for a vanilla extract but it is definitely a quality extract.
