Could I wear these while doing jiu-jitsu?

Not sure, I return product to the poor quality

Can they go in the dryer? I read the other answers but the way it's worded is a little confusioning.

They can't go in the dryer. We recommend hang dry or air dry them. Hope this helps.

I weigh 250 what size should I get ?

I'm the same weight, the largest size is too small
