Sturdy, effective and easy to use.
I have a beagle who likes to pull and sniff on walks, have tried a lot of different harnesses and he hates having to put them on as they can be complicated to strap him in. This one is very easy to work with and he does not look uncomfortable in this harness compared to others. We both are able to enjoy the way more when he is not pulling as much with this harness.

She still pulls but…
This is a very nice harness. It fits my dog well and I am confident that she cannot escape it. Is it a no pull harness though? No, not for my dog. I ended up buying the leash separately and together there is an improvement, but when my dog wants to pull she will still pull. I am continuing to give treats when she heals and I hope she will get it eventually. I am definitely happier having her pull with this harness though vs. a collar. I don’t think she can hurt herself with this. Overall, I didn’t expect this to work miracles and it didn’t, but I’m still very happy I bought it. Definitely get the leash that goes with it though because it does help.

Must get the Size right
None of the reviews talk about the sizing. I have a long lanky dog who weighs 65lbs. Some of the reviews say it runs big… not big enough. I ordered a medium and had to send it back because it was too tight. The large is a little loose but when he pulls it tightensThe best possible harness. I have complete control over him, if I want him on a very short leash he’s not choking himself to death pulling on it. Works well for reactive dogs and regular walks. Great product!

Adjustable and easy to use
It's a pretty good harness, I ordered the wrong size and have been a bit too lazy to return it. I got a large but it's too big. The size is pretty adjustable though. There's 2 spots to attach the leash which is nice and very easy to put on my dog.

The Only Harness I Will Ever Use
I recommend this harness all the time to my doggie parent friends and actually introduced our dog’s trainer to it. She thought it was better than any other to provide comfort, control, AND the security of knowing your dog is highly unlikely to escape from it. The “martingale” strap/connector on the top allows for upward control to help with training. My dog responds to every single gesture with the amount of pressure - from gentle to firm - that I use when we walk. It takes time, but if you are looking to master loose-leash walking with firm control when needed, this is the one to choose! They are incredibly durable and can be washed in a lingerie bag. Since our dog grew to her adult size eight years ago, I have had several of these - not because they wore out, but because they come in some pretty nice colors and we like to change it up once in a while!

Good fit and looks good too.
Works better that the traditional dog harness. Moves and adjust better. Used as a walking harness and seat belt in the car.My black lab looks great with the pink color.

Wonderful harness
I was surprised how much I loved this harness. I only bought the harness, not the lead you can pair with it.I have two pullers and have been using an Easy Walk and a Halti front control harness for years. They walk great in those harnesses, and I will continue using and recommending them for front clips. However I wanted something that would clip on the back without giving all the control to the dog and this harness absolutely worked as promised.I got the large size, 1” width, for both my 45 and 50 pound Aussie. The fit is superb with all the adjustment points. The soft material where it may rub your dogs leg was so thoughtful. It must have been comfortable as neither dog acted like they noticed the change up. It is easy to put on and take off. You can do up two buckles, or one buckle by having your dog step into one side of it.Their warranty shows how much they stand behind their product. I paid $31 for my harness, and the warranty costs $15. If something were to happen that’s essentially half off a new harness - and they even take the old one back!Honestly the only thing that would make this harness better for me personally, would be a safety loop. My Halti has one built in that attaches to the dogs collar. If you have a dog-reactive spaz like I do, that safety is a life saver. I now find them invaluable and would love for 2 Hounds to offer or incorporate that.

Pulls out the fur
I really like these harnesses. I've used them on two of my dogs over the past year. The harness is easy to put on, holds securely, does not loosen over time - great design. Just one flaw - my female dog has very soft fur and where the loop pulls tight, it has damaged the fur. Her fur is always wrapping around the metal connectors and pulled out. She has a patch of fur on her back that is shorter and frayed. I have not noticed it on my male dog; maybe because he has a more wiry coat. I recommend caution if your dog has soft, thin, or long fur. Also, I should mention that when my male dog was a pup, he went through several of these since he would do crazy things like chew through the harness in two seconds when I had my back turned or roll around on concrete and fray through it - the harness is not the most durable that I've seen though I think this was mostly a puppy problem.

Great harness for strong dogs who pull!
I have a 70lb scent hound. He is muscular and strong. I also live in a climate that gets very cold and icy in the winter, so if he pulls I am at risk of slipping and falling. Even with consistent leash training, being a scent hound sometimes if he gets a scent he wants he still pulls. This harness is a life saver and makes it easier for me to walk him especially when clipping the leash in the front. It is sturdy, easy to fit and put on, and helps minimize how much he can pull. The only downside is that my hound has almost no fur under his arms (typical to this breed) and it therefore rubbed him a bit there. If he had a bit more fur there I don’t think this would be an issue. I fixed this quickly by sewing up a fleece sleeve to slip over the strap under his arms. This is the second time I purchased this harness, my last one worked perfectly for three years before the buckle slipped. That is a great amount of use considering I use it daily, several times a day on a large, strong dog. I tried a few harnesses before finding this gem.

Just didn't do the job
Had no effect on our pup. Nice enough harness but just didn't do the job it was supposed to do.

Loved it but it chafes my dog
This harness immediately helped with pulling when using the front clip. It still requires training effort, but at least she couldn't drag me down the street. However over time it has rubbed some fur away under her armpits. This might be because of her deep chest (sort of greyhound shaped dog), or because she still tries to pull sometimes in it. Other dogs might not have the same problem.

Good product
I get these for each new dog, so have used a few. Quality seems as good as those in the past, works well.
