Official Audyssey Replacement Microphone for calibrating Denon, Marantz, Onkyo, Integra, Teac, Tascam AVRs

I've seen mixed reviews of the Audyssey system but for my amp, speakers and room it worked brilliantly. Flicking between the flat profile and the Audyssey corrected one showed an amazing improvement using carefully placed stand mounted speakers.

Does the job, used for balancing sound system. Good value, easy to use.

Works a dream, don't expect a massive difference in sound quality, but the directional audio sounds amazing after calibrating.

Lost the one that came with my marantz. Tried manually tweaking it. Not great. Bought this and used it. Sound is eerily 3d again (atmos setup). Recommend.

it great I love it

A shed load of own goals, not sure if the ends fully justify the confidence. But it does get one part way over no man’s land. The Denon set up button was worn out. But suck it as see remains a rite of passage.

This microphone calibrated my Onkyo system in no time at all. Good quality item with long cable. Recommended.

Micro de remplacement et fonctionne très bien.

Perfetto!!!

conforme à la commande

Works as it is supposed to - just plugged it into the front panel microphone jack and it auto-started the calibration app. Receiver Onkyo TX-NR686. Whole process takes about 10 minutes (more or less). It's not very loud - just a series of white noises played from speakers (well, the sub might be a bit loud) - I'm saying this so that you know that it can be used even at night. In my case it adjusted a bit the frequencies for the speakers and told me to close the menu. That's it. :-) PS: have not heard that much of a difference - but then again, I don't have the best ears and will try to play later some favorite music to see if I sense any improvement.

Funktioniert und tut seinen Dienst.
