Modern Mastersqt ME707 Snowflake Metallic Paint Collection Water-Based Decorative Metallic Paint

From the picture it looks white but it's not. It's more of a beigeish tan color. I've never seen a snowflake this color!

The paint emptied in the bag!!

I originally purchased this paint in a similar color (MetallicPearl). But once applied on the wall, the pearl white was so yellowish and did not compliment the effect I was aiming for. So I bought THIS color (Metallic Snowflake), which appeared much, much whiter than the Pearl and as indicated by its name. Well...IT WASN'T. "Snowflake White" is the same exact shade as the Pearl. So Buyer, please be aware of this. Annoying that two different shades would be identical in color, AND a waste of my money. After opening the jar, I wouldn't have felt safe RETURNING it via mail transit, nor would I have wanted to spend any more money on postage. As for the quality of the paint itself, it's very nice and I love the effect it has on my bathroom walls. You can create different effects and light, as it has a knap. Brushing it on in one direction will give you a shinier effect than another. I love what you can do w/ this paint. The paint itself is worthy of five stars, but the identical color and waste of my money brought it down to three star rating.

I bought the snowflake to paint the brick on a fireplace. I put a base coat of the best white exterior paint that Sherwin Williams had in order to make sure the base coat was really covering.When I opened the Modern Masters 32 oz snowflake, it was like it was old. The jar seal was no longer sealing and had browned a bit. The paint itself is not what I would consider to be a snowflake or white color. It is more of a dark shimmery ivory. It looked yellow next to the white exterior paint. Maybe it was just my jar but this was not white or close to it. The picture of the jar looks white. Unless I paint my walls a warmer khaki tone and away from the light warm gray tone that they currently are, there is no way I can use this paint as it clashes.I am disappointed as I read the great reviews but when the product arrived it seemed like it had been on the shelf of a non climate controlled storage facility for ages.It would also be hugely helpful if Modern Masters would describe the colors of their paint within the product specification section. It seems most issues are with the color not as envisioned.
