UK Medium are UNITED STATES 7 to 8.5. It does state this in the listing, but you could easily miss it.The Medium are UNITED KINGDOM 4 to 7.5, as stated on the product label, so I don’t know why it could not be spelled out for clarity on Amazon.The socks themselves appear reasonable quality and value. I would normally reserve judgement until after wash but as they don’t fit I have not needed to do this!Supplemental : I see a proper size guide has now been added to listing. Thanks seller.

Comfortable, soft, minimal seams that you can’t feel and a slight collar round the ankle to stop them slipping down. Was never a fan of trainer socks, these have changed my mind completely.
