Good value for money and good quality. Lots of usb ports and power outlet options. Wider hole means the depth is shorter and good for under counter space

I've been using this product for two years, and overall, it has performed well. The **wireless charger** is reliable, though not the fastest, but it does a decent job. The **USB chargers were excellent** while they lasted, offering fast charging and powering my phone in no time. Unfortunately, the USB charging feature **stopped working after two years**, but considering regular use, I think that's reasonable. The good news is that the **wireless charger and other sockets are still functional**. Besides performance, the product's **sleek design** makes it blend nicely with my worktop. It's a solid product despite minor limitations.

We have this socket in our island and it’s an amazing piece of kit! The phones charge super quickly and it looks so slick.

Installed the item in August and less than 5 months later the wireless charge is only working intermittently.

Love the idea of this pop up, one of the plug sockets is blocked so unusable. Phone Charging is a bonus but is a slow charge. Everything else is great & has everything you need for power & charge.

the pop up wireless charger stopped working within 3months, currently trying to get replacement through Amazon (only seems possible within first 30days, even though item is defective!) and trying to contact the supplier. I will update the review if I manage top get a replacement.dissatisfied cutomer.Update 4 Oct, I managed to contact the supplier, Yilongeu, through Amazon and they responded quickly, stating they will send a replacement. So possibly all good....

Received a fault product. Returned and order back colour one again. Customer service inboxed and apologised for the inconvenience. Offered little compensation. The new product is working fine. Wireless Charging is function well. And looks fabulous in my new kitchen.
