Originally, I purchased this for some very comfortable ear monitors that I love. My other phone has a 3.5mm jack and a DAC in the phone and it sounds incredible. My new phone doesn't have such a delicious 3.5mm port or a DAC, so, I purchased this. I'm blown away! This little thing is powerful so be careful. It'll go louder than your devices limit you too so BE WARNED.If you have a computer with a USB port, plug this little thing in and enjoy your computing on an entirely different level.I am also a gamer and this DAC is literally a game-changer! Wow! If you're into racing, flying, shooters, or any games with amazing sound, you NEED this. My $15 ear monitors now blow away any Bluetooth headphones or earbuds ever.Once you have a good DAC, your cheap wired headphones will become coveted.

Al momento de compra poco mas de 50USD no puedo estar mas contento mejoró mucho el sonido de un iphone 12, el dongle lo uso con unos audiosense dt600 y son una maravilla juntos.

Excellent sound for a tiny dongle.Two cables provided. Got this to play music at night in bed via laptop. Had problems using laptop controls laying down. This unit is great, no reaching, putting on glasses etc! Volume, forward/ back song selection controls crisp and positive. Illuminated. Well worth the cost, solid/well built. Not using the associated HiBy music app so can't comment on that or MQA. This unit is a control, not an amplifier, so if you want more power to drive particular headphones you will need to purchase an actual amp.

Er kann aber auch ausgewachsene Over-Ear Kopfhörer betreiben, getestet mit dem Philips Fidelio X3. Die Lautstärke kann in 30 Stufen von leise bis sehr laut geregelt werden. Die Regelung erfolgt im Verstärker und beeinflusst nicht die digitale Auflösung, die 32 Bit beträgt. Sämtliche technische Daten sind Highend. Im inneren werkelt ein ES9281PRO, der Flagship Decoder von ESS Tech . Auch MQA wird mit bis zu 8-fachen Unfold unterstützt. Eine kleine RGB-LED Anzeige zeigt die Bitrate an (Blau für CD 32-48 kBit/s, Grün für Hi-Res 88,2-192 kBit/s, Hellgrün für DSD128 bis zu 384 kBit/s, Lila für MQA).Das Gehäuse ist aus Aluminium und fühlt sich wertig an. Der Anschluß erfolgt über das mitgelieferte USB C zu USB C Kabel. Hier hat der Hersteller gespart. Bei anderen DACs wird ein höherwertiges Kabel mitgeliefert. Für den Betrieb am iPhone wird ein Lightning zu USB C OTG Kabel benötigt.Der Hörtest liefert an allen Geräten solide, sehr gute Ergebnisse. Der Klang ist brillant, ausgewogen und bei Gesangsstimmen sehr luftig. Die Bühne wird gut wiedergegeben, erreicht aber nicht die Breite eines Dual-DACs mit symmetrischen Anschlüssen. Wer mag kann hier mit der HiBy App experimentieren, die Plug-ins für den DSP enthält, mit einer erstaunlichen virtuellen Raumsimulation. Hiermit kann man eine bessere Abbildung der Bühne durch die Platzierung mit mehreren Lautsprechern erreichen.Insgesamt ist das Gerät sehr zu empfehlen und macht Spaß beim Musik hören. Wer kein MQA benötigt kann auch den HiBy FC1 nehmen. Wer einen balanced Ausgang will, der nimmt den HiBy FC4.

Ottimo dongle per migliorare l'audio delle cuffie e aumentarne il volume su smartphone e PC. Usato in modalità esclusiva su Tidal ha portato le mie tygr 300 ad un altro livello. Funzionerà benissimo su cuffie ad impedenza medio alta. Separazione, dinamica e dettagli molto buoni. Non sembra colorare il suono in nessun modo, ma andrebbe provato con cuffie più neutre delle mie. Lo consiglio a chi ha bisogno di un dac di qualità per lo smartphone e non vuole spendere cifre esorbitanti. Funziona benissimo anche su Windows. Può decodificare file MQA. I led cambieranno colore in base al bitrate della musica in ascolto ma occhio, solo in modalità esclusiva. Altrimenti si imposterà il colore in basa al bitrate settato sulla scheda audio integrata del vostro dispositivo.
